Meditation Classes

Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation requires or allows individuals to be aware of their surroundings, to develop sensitivity in perceiving every moment and enabling them to accept stressful situations, instead of avoiding them. During this meditation, we focus our attention on our thought, actions, and present moments nonjudgementally.

Zen meditation
Zen meditation in its simplest and purest form, about being in the NOW. Right here right now in this very moment. Our minds often thinking about the past or the unknown future. When we are living in the moment, we are switched on and alert. We feel awake and motivated. We make better choices, wiser decisions and act rather than react.
Guided meditation
This type of meditation is the most common form of meditation used in western society. In this practice you could have a guide or teacher. The idea is to let go of any thought you may have and allow your subconscious mind to follow the words that are spoken.

Movement meditation
Movement meditation is not for everyone. Generally, people who like to dance, enjoy music and those who are physically orientated (who like yoga, hiking, sport). The great side effect is that we can get physical exercise at the same time as practicing Meditation.
